Rach's Reading Club

Thanks for this review. This book is heavy-going, I found. I first tried to read it when I was at uni (about thirty years ago), and I got under halfway through before I couldn't read any more. But, I decided to try it again about ten years ago because I felt it was a book I should{/} enjoy. And I made it all the way through. I kind of saw that as an achievement I get why it is revered by so many. It is (I think) a great insight into Plath's state of mind and experiences. Personally, I related to a lot of her experiences, if not so much the main character. But I totally get where you're coming from, and I applaud you for finishing it
