Last evening, the lawn was thatched so you can smell fresh grass. All the beds are clear and ready for planting if it decides to stay spring. The crocuses I planted in pots last fall are blooming on the front stoop, and all of the spring bulbs have blossomed. In more sun-drenched areas, daffodils are flowering. I have started the container garden with Spanish and White onions, and I am waiting to see if the garlic I planted in the fall will sprout.
