Starlings are here all winter. In spring they look for niches to build nests and crawl through a little crack between the roofing and siding on my balcony. I have to go out and open a window so they can fly back out. They bang themselves against the windows when they find out they are on the porch. Plus, I have to be quick when I hear one banging because the cats can get out there and love to chase the birds back and forth across the balcony.
