From the error and the logs, it looks like PayPal is having issues on and off the past few days. You can give it another try with PayPal when you have a moment... Alternatively, the credit card payment option (that doesn't involve PayPal) isn't having any trouble processing.

It's unfortunate, but PayPal isn't what it used to be. They're just an awful company to deal with. Granted, they were never a wonderful company to deal with... but they've downgraded from "not great" to "just awful". We continue to offer them as a payment source because I know a lot of people (especially overseas) don't have many other options.

We've experienced a number of outages with them over the past 6 months or so and there's literally no support from them. Each time I reach out, I never hear back. It just starts working again on it's own.
