4-12 end of week goals! Perseverance.
I started writing down categories in my WDC notebook 📓!) It was a hard week on a personal level.
42 years ago my mom took her life for the last time 😔. 4 years ago my then 20 years old did the same week of his birthday...
I've been doing some writing about my life and sharing with folks who are close to me here.

Thankful I can be there for them.
