No, but every time I hear comparisons between the games, they always mention "the gameplay's like modern XCOM" (or old XCOM; I'm not so sure). The biggest comparison points are that it plays like a tactical RPG, but shares traits like cover bonuses and overwatch (to essentially provide suppressive fire).
