I often just sprinkle a tablespoon of ground flaxseed on my yogurt.
I make muffins with it or sometimes a bread substitute in the mini waffle maker. For a flaxseed muffin just melt a tablespoon of butter in a mug or small bowl or ramekin, add three tbsp flaxseed meal, 1/2 tsp baking powder, one egg and you can add cinnamon and/or a tsp of sweetner and/or fruit. 90 seconds in the microwave, maybe 2 minutes if it's in a deep mug. It depends on your microwave, mine is underpowered.
Youtube is a good resource for recipes.
I usually go for the least complicated recipes with the fewest ingredients because since I gave up baking with real flour and sugar, I have become amazingly lazy regarding the culinary arts.
