Protesting is a way to gather multiple people together to make an effort to bring awareness to a problem that is affecting society. In the USA it is a freedom of speech special. No violence to property or physical bodies should be involved. I think what is occurring on campuses across the USA is a symbol of how our society presently is moving toward violence. As a whole, we often see the wars springing up across the societies of the earth. People begin to feel helpless to achieve the elements of freedom and prosperity that should be available on our globe. At first thought, violence seems to be the solution especially within crowd rule and especially to a younger generation. The atmosphere within the USA and across the news media is one of an uncertain future. I recently read that many people are building bomb shelters and safe rooms in their structures. This happens whenever unrest is particularly cited in countries across the earth. I've seen it before and as an elderly member of our nation it just makes me tired. Torture and mayhem are gross. Guess I'll have a cup of tea. apondia#1781748 |
