Yes, that's true. However, while a Moderator can check the item out, in the case where incomplete words are being shown, a moderator should not make the decision to increase the content rating with the assumption the full words would be shown under a higher rating. Rating changes can only be made based if the content itself, as shown when viewed, warrants the higher rating. It may warrant the rating change, but remember that the rating guidelines note there is a difference in unshown/uncomplete vs shown/completed words. Content Rating System (CRS) from Writing.Com 101
