Trying to upgrade my premium membership with a coupon (it expires end of the month) and PayPal stored payment method. I keep getting this: Payment Processing Error. Oops, Writing.Com had the following problem(s): PayPal Processing Error: This payment failed to process with PayPal. It have been processed already. Please check your email for an order confirmation. If no confirmation has been received, check your PayPal account and/or contact us in our "Technical Support Forum" forum for additional help. Copying and pasting both the error message above and the URL of this page will help us help you. Error ID: #49791949 https://www.writing.com/main/shop No e-mail. Nothing in my payment history here. Nothing in my PayPal account. It has not gone through. I tried twice, got the same message the first time before I submitted it too. I turned off my automatic upgrade renewal on the second try. (I don't even recall that being an option, but anyway.) Yet it still shows up on the final payment page before it fails to go through. No idea how to resolve this. :/ |
