How to move a Portfolio item into a new folder

I have searched "Get Started" and "Writing.Com 101" and am getting very frustrated.
One would think I could just click and drag an item in my Portfolio and drop it onto or into a folder, but that doesn't work.

So, how do I Move a static item in my Portfolio into a Folder I just created in my Portfolio?
