The main page of your Portfolio should have several sections starting with your individual Tabs and your Bio-Block. The next section would consist of any Highlighted Items (but only if you activated some items as highlighted.

Otherwise, your next section would be your Portfolio. The gear icon should be visible right after the word Portfolio.

Are you saying you can't see the gear icon?
