It looks like the last attempt requested and sent by our system was the end of May. Keep in mind, the system will only send the email 1 time after your attempt. You can add "support@writing.com" as a trusted contact in your email to help ensure delivery from our servers and you should also check your spam email. I noticed your email provider and will say from past experience, you may have better luck receiving the email if you can setup a gmail account.
