Are you on a phone or tablet? Those two devices are both mobile, but browsers/sites tend to behave very differently between them.

(Note: I admit I don't tend to do reviews on mobile devices mostly because I tend to pull quotes from the original piece to add to the review. This is an incredibly cumbersome task on either mobile device.)
