Newbie need help

Hi. If this is the right place to ask for help. I'm new to writing and English is second language. Plus my brain like 50 year old engine with no oil.
I'm writing continuation to my first superhero story I published and need help to put words together. I have a sketch complete but to make it in to something butifull is a problem.
