Entering activities and contests is a good way to see how others post their work.
If you have something polished or needing reviews you can post them in "The Shameless "Plug" Page" Open in new Window. [E]
or check out the site contest this month "Journey Through Genres: Official Contest" Open in new Window.
One of the longest running challenges here in WDC is a daily one "The Writer's Cramp" Open in new Window.
As far as rewarding reviewers, it all depends on how long your work is and how helpful the suggestions are.
