The Bookstores – yeah, Nerd Me – especially the All English Bookstore (small but a great selection!) just off Place D'Armes in City Center, and in the shadow of the Grand Duc's Palace!

Yes, Luxembourg is a monarchy, a parliamentary monarchy, but still a monarchy.

After "nerding", we either have coffee and chocolate (cake) OR ice cream at the The Chocolate House round the corner from the bookstore OR at Café & Gelateria Veneziano overlooking the Place D'Armes with City Hall... or both!

For some thrill: planes starting & landing at the near Findel Airport fly over the Place with only a few hundred foot (in the LOW hundreds)... pretty impressive!

Something for nerds, monarchists, gourmands + plane spotters – and all that within 200 yards! Not bad, eh?
