Funny, Ðåvê R¥åñ . Until a few years ago I'd have agreed with you. Then I discovered that you can use it as great base for salad / currywurst / curry / french fries sauce, etc.

But only Maille = Dijon mustard. Usually I haven't got a good a word to say about the French (and vice versa!), but they can make mustard for sure.
