Hey, I used to teach this method. It is coined as an intricate part of the "Toyota Kaizen Method" in today's business world.

It worked... as the 62 branch managers I trained using the learning scheme made $600,000,000 in the year I retired from being their director. Our division became the most profitable in the entire company, with a net profit of 32% (note, that was net profit not gross).

I have used this four-step method repeatedly and have yet to see it fail.
