Finally departing VA Section 8 Housing (aka: Paying rent but still homeless) to move to a real place.

Trading Governmental housing authority for a stringent lease where my financee can move in and we can get hitched.

Moving from 228-1/3 sq ft to 797 sq ft with a real kitchen.
