First is to actually submit something to your portfolio that will get people interested in seeing what you have to offer.
Next is to click on the 'Community' link on the left side of your screen - on the navigation panel - and click on 'Request a Review' - follow the instructions and hopefully, you should have more people giving you the critique you desire.
