I am sure you meant to place that comment under some other post because I have to tell you, I would never eat vegan butter (how is vegan butter more vegan than vegetable oil margarine, anyway? Probably just more expensive when labeled "vegan"). Butter contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K2, as well as butyrate which is essential for gut health. I eat butter. I just don't eat anything you'd spread it on. Except steak. Butter is a whole, natural food. Not an unhealthy processed synthetic wannabe. OK. Done preaching. I will go now.
