That makes me happy *Smile* That's exactly what I hoped for when I started this challenge. I've been reading more books as well (although I've kind of gone off track with my books in the last couple of months. Oh well *RollEyes*)

I have a couple of CBT-style workbooks already, but, sometimes (a lot of the time) it's easier to put them to one side for 'another day.' I'm the Queen of Procrastination, especially when we're talking about difficult stuff.
