I suggest a barrel or two of boa constrictors or rattle snakes to be deployed into war-torn countries targeted towards the barracks of enemy forces. I have a deathly dread of encountering these snakes. Of course, a trained snake charmer would have to be employed. Not sure if there are enough of these snake charmers around. And I'm not sure how many of these snakes are in existence. Which brings up the question: How do these snakes reproduce?
