I think they are pretty well separated. No, I wouldn't add "Comment" to each of them.

However, your problem might depend on the skin/theme setup you're using. Try a different theme/skin combo to find a color combination that works better with your eyesight.

Alternatively, customize your current theme by setting the "Light Background Color" to something a bit darker to give you more contrast between comments and posts. Customizing can be done from the "My Account" -> "Skins & Themes" -> Customize this theme page.
