October Novel Prep Challenge

You may be overlooking an important main character: "You". Depending on whether this is written as a sort of memoir (e.g., like a diary addressed to God), or more of a self-help book (e.g., dear reader, I'd like to introduce you to God), then "You" is either first person (your literal self) or second person (you, dear reader.) Either way, you now have a main character to identify and profile.
