October Novel Prep Challenge

Just make up your own Los Lunas. Does it have to be the same as the real place? Cannot it be a duplicate reality? This is fiction, right? And as authors we can create anything we wish.

Perhaps rename it 'Las Lunas' or 'Las Luna'. I was confused as to why Brock and Chandra going to the same school would be controversial. Or did I miss something along the way?
