Thanks for this review. I love the sound of this book, and it definitely sounds like you really enjoyed it. I have to confess to never having read any Neil Gaiman before. I'd actually never even heard of him before about ten years ago. But he is another writer I've almost bought a number of times. This one sounds good. I might check the charity shops. They often have his books in them.
