IMO Religion in public schools will only complicate things. The reason we separate church from state is because there are too many religions with too many conflicting ideas and ideals; we would never get anything done. With public schools, what teacher will be able or willing to teach the children what they need to know as well as the religion of their parents choosing? The children have enough trouble staying focused on the daily lessons.
