Yes and no? We are not supposed to enforce anyone's "religion" or practice thereof on anybody. But I don't see the harm in allowing those to practice their religion themselves, such as a Bible club or praying around a flagpole. It only becomes an issue when people get "offended" and start acting the fool. There is a time and place for everything.
