Membership Question
I have a pending charge for premium membership. I don't know how I became a premium member, but somehow I did. I do NOT want to renew at the level. I would like to go back to "Upgraded." It serves me well so I just paid for another year of Upgraded, and it still shows me with a pending charge for Premium. How do I fix this?
