Unfortunately, we don't have an easy way for you to change that.

BUT... if it's the same PayPal account and you just changed the email address, it should be no problem and you can let it be.

The email address is just a visual indicator for you. PayPal provides us a backend-token that links to your account. We only use the email address to show you the linked account and if the email changes, it's not a function issue, just a display quirk.

(The only way to add a new PayPal account would be to go to the checkout page in the store and add a new PayPal account. You wouldn't need to complete an order, you could just add the PayPal and then abandon the checkout. But again, that's not necessary since the account would still be linked via the token our system was given by PayPal.)
