For reference:
The storyline you mention "Unfamiliar Skin" 
When Will impersonates Hannah in the Sophomore line "Putting a Piece Back Into Place" 

Those are the only two that immediately come to mind where Hannah is impersonated with a mask and mentioned in any great detail, but there could be more if anybody’s inclined to do a more through search. I know that Paulina impersonates her in "Michael Duncan's Day"  forward, but I don’t recall it saying anything about Hannah except demonstrating how forward she is lol.
