I've tried most foods from other cultures I want to, and that is mainly meats. Things like frog, guinea pig, various parts of the animals, most Australian native wildlife, most south-east Asian foods.
But if there is one I haven't tried, it is something that Indigenous Australians in a couple of northern coastal areas are allowed to eat once a year, and that is sea turtle. I have been told it is amongst the sweetest meats to eat, even sweeter than crocodile or king prawn.
So, yeah, not sure how I can get to it (not being Indigenous), but that would be it.
