I was really craving biscuits and gravy. Everything made from scratch, just the way my dad would make. We are a bit of an oddball clan where this dish is concerned. Typically the dish is savory but my dad always made it with just a touch of sugar to give it this amazing blend of sweet and savory and it’s the only kind of biscuits and gravy I can enjoy anymore.
