I've read the entries a few times, picked the winner, and have my critiques in my brain - will be sending out the rest of the review stomorrow. I deeply apologize for the delay. If I restart the Contest in the near future, the best I can do is to give myself a hard deadline, whatever else is going on! It's been a rough year, but really that's no excuse.
