Any type of noodles...though I might have a hard time with chow mein. Considering I can't even spell the name of that noodle dish.
Noodles are simple, versatile go with red sauce, chili sauce, cheese sauce, white cream, soup bases, soy, the gooey kind of sauce thats got ginger, garlic, sugar and; etc.
If you're health conscious but don't like veggies, stick 'em in a casserole/ stir fry/ noodle soup! You too can fool yourself into eating more balanced!(Hypothetically; I mean it works for me...maybe try gluten free or lentil based if you have celiac or diabetes.)
