Open your book.

Open the entry you wish to delete.

Above the details of when the entry was created, how many views, etc. is a gear icon. Click on that.

(Make sure you select the gear icon for the entry, and not the one referring to the whole book.)

The second or third item in the drop down menu is 'Delete Entry'. Click on that and follow the instructions.
