He Who Fights Monsters. The litrpg series is a new fascination for me. My friend who I would never have thought would be reading anything like it- got us all hooked on the Dungeon Crawler Carl series- which- if you haven't read- is AWESOME!

But then after getting us hooked on DCC- I saw the first He Who Fights Monster's book on her kitchen table and read the back. She said she really liked it and so since her DCC recommendation was so good- I bought book 1- slightly dubious as to whether I'd like it. I figured the DCC series was a fluke. However, 12 books in to the HWFM series- I can attest I absolutely love it. In fact, I may like the second series even better than DCC. Who knew?!?
