How does your intuition communicate with you, and how often do you trust it?

It's one of the voices in my head; I always listen to the voices...

Actually, my intuition comes as a thought, sometimes it arrives like a slight breeze carrying warnings against an action or idea. Sometimes it strikes like a bolt of lightning and with a thunderous roar warning me. I trust my intuition and it has served me well.
