A whisper of ornaments, a heel's delicate click,
Across the stage, a polished, silken flick.

Guitar in hand, a universe unfold,
Vibrant in melodies, brave and bold.

He galloped sound with colors yet unseen,
A tapestry of funk, a soulful lustre.

From Minneapolis downtown, a star took flight,
Burning ever brighter in the velvet night.

The doves still cry, a gentle, mournful sound,
But in each note, his artistry is bound.
A revolution in a ruffled sleeve,
A legacy of music we worship.

He's beyond the clouds, a shining star,
His purple reign still echoes through this place.
A genius touch, a spirit soaring free,
Prince Rogers Nelson, eternally in our hearts.
