OT can someone help?

I am Alexi Sky1
have been trying for hours to sign in after being away for a while.
I have had to sign in on a new account to speak to someone
All my writing is on Sky1 (user name Alexi) I asked for a password as mine would not be accepted and no one has emailed me to get a new password. My Sky1 subs are due soon and I have so much writing about 12 years which I do not want to lose, it would break my heart.
Many know me on here.
all I ask is that you give me a way to get a password for my original account.
Please help.
