Mt. Everest?

Every year despite the book about the deaths that occur each year climbing people pay thousands of dollars to climb Mt. Everest. If you had the money would you try or not? What do you think the fascination is with climbing?


NO! First, I hardly walk let alone climb; I am 79. However, I never would have tried it. Scared, I guess. Also, I hate cold. Lived in Utah for 12 years and six months out of the year is snow. I am not a big risk taker so that doesn't help me in doing such a task. However, I do not believe those who want to climb should not be kept from doing so. It is their life.
