The more I think about it, the more things that I consider are deal-breakers. I guess I'm too picky.
Therefore, in order to make this a simpler answer, I've come up with one that should cover them all: "Anyone who won't provide absolute obedience to any of my rules or commands."
At first read I wondered how many definions of living space there could be. Suppose that means your very personal space such as your body. What deal breaker would you have to not let someone possess your body? How about a ghost or some magician or witch? Or the macro level of being in the same neighborhood or country or planet. There's a few people I would like to see expelled, but that's not possible with current technology. Someday science will figure that out, and then . . . .
