Newbie here - recommendations on where to start?

HI, all,

I'm a newbie here, and there's a lot to digest. Any recommendations on where to start to absorb all of the content?

I'm about 75% through the rough draft of my first novel and am looking for inspiration/best practices to get me over that first hurdle.
