I agree with S 🤦--go slowly and do your due diligence. Read a number of reviews completed by anyone you believe might be someone with whom you could work. Generally, folks maintain the same review style.

I know you seek someone to dive deeper into your work. But they should know the basics first--their reviews will show that.
