I have to confess to only really listening to Dylan's most famous songs. The only albums I ever had were a greatest hits compilation and 'Self Portrait.' (I think that's what it was called.) I do remember playing Dylan in the car, Dad and me, and both of us listening to 'The Times They Are A Changing' really intently, both of us absorbing the lyrics from our different generations. I'll never forget that feeling of sharing something as intimate as a song with my Dad. We connected a lot through music. That's probably why I was born in 1975 but adore music from the 60s and 70s, even the 50s. Music was always present and important in our house.
