Unfortunately, I haven't kept a spreadsheet of all the mistakes I've ve seen at various stages. Thus anything I say here is an estimate.
On social media, I'd say I've seen mistakes multiple times a week, depending on where I wander. Most of the time I've seen people make mistakes, and back in the 2010s that's all I saw. Only in the 2020s have I started to see more people admit they made a mistake (saying something along the lines of "Yes, I messed up in saying that"; depending on the type of mistake an apology may not be needed). This is considerably less often (probably once a month).
Outside of social media, I come across mistakes less often, but I also check fewer places. Still, I'd say I see mistakes being made about once a month. Admissions of mistakes are less common, possibly because there are fewer opportunities for other people to call them out.
