First, welcome to WDC, Brigitte Author Icon.

Look for a gear icon (*Gear*) on Portfolio - Reviews - Biography - etc line at the top right while on your Portfolio age. Clicking on that should open a window for you to fill out your Bio-Block. Do the same thing while on your Biography tab page to fill out your Biography information.
