Update for the week of June 2 to 8, 2025
Writing:
Write 750 words a day. I have done a bit better this week, especially after getting the fingers on my left hand back for typing, but my numbers are still low. I expect to get over 3K by the end of today.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance when needed.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes most days.
I did a contest entries for WDC and a short story for The Bradbury.
Reviews for 8 short stories on Deadlines for Writers
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection - all but Monday and Friday.
Tues. 7 pm *Checkg*
Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection. *X* too tired.
Continue Substack workshop stuff that I copied.

Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 19 books so far.
I am doing Rachel's Reading Room Challenge again this year.

Work:
Be prepared to supply each day. I worked two full days.
Do online training that still needs to be done. Not yet.

Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation - I continue to do the daily challenge on Insight Timer as well as evening sessions to settle into my night.
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. A bit better this week.
Body Groove - Elevate Your Fitness - Week # 12 - Reaction Time - adding a 3rd week because of my dislocated elbow - I did what I was able, then also did other sessions on the website.
Get my elbow x-rayed again *Checkg*
Get my elbow re-examined (Wed.) *Checkg*
No eating after 8 pm. Struggled a bit.
No screen time after 9 pm. Struggled a bit.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm.

Other:
Take out Garbage, Green and Blue Recycling bins. *Checkg*
Take an Artist Date. I went to Seven Shores for breakfast and then shopped at Words Worth Books.
Getting my Online presence back. Nothing this week.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.)
Take mom for her Blood Test appointment (Tues.) - forgot to have her fast so I had to rebook it.
Make appointment with her Cardiologist.
Get the rest of the POA stuff to the proper places.
Get her to do her activities to have her urine tested and return the samples to the lab.
